Condo

The story evolves around Benjie (Coco Martin), a young security guard who, having lost her girlfriend from another man, has also lost his sense of being. Without a family to lean on, he requests to the building administration to let him stay in guard's quarters of the new condo he was assigned at. The building and the whole new universe of strangers who don't really care about him has become Benjie's refuge. He only cares about his job even if it's only the same old tiring routine. But the perfect and lonely world for him turned out as a contrary when a mysterious intruder and a phone call from an empty unit begin taunting him.

Ewan M (kr) wrote: Refreshingly free of knee-jerk judgmentalism towards faith-based relationships, and with some strong central performances in roles bound up in complex rules of social behaviour, what with the Orthodox Jewish setting. Slow and subtle, but ultimately engaging.

Antti Q (ag) wrote: Fourth movie about Ip Man I've seen, predating the other three and concentrating on the earlier years of the Wing Chun master. Less flashy, more romancy and from different makers than the others, although featuring some same actors. Also Ip Man's real son has a role as an old master!

Shawn L (br) wrote: Well made homage to 70's exploitation films. Basic story, over the top sex and violence.
