Tom Yum Goong made us question the team behind him, and after leaving it for 5 years I returned with excitement to my umpteenth viewing of the Warrior King. Holy god, what a crap movie! Ong Bak 2 is far superior to this yawn fest, with average fight scenes that bore easily and highlight that even after all these years, Jackie Chan's finest will never be beaten. Disastrous story-line that made me slightly embarrassed when showing it to others, passable action, and the cute Jon Foo in his first screen role is what TYG boils down to... Meh!
