Dancing in the Dark

Via the New York Times: "To all outward appearances, Edna Cormick (Martha Henry) is the perfect housewife.... She's married to a man who'll stand up in public and say, "This is my wife," so that there'll be no confusion as to who she is. Edna has no identity without Harry, an ambitious, successful salesman who seems to love and care for Edna long after other men might become worried about her housewifely obsessions... Edna is reviewing her life - in neatly chronological flashbacks - from the room in the psychiatric hospital where she's been confined ever since Harry's sudden death."

Dancing in the Dark torrent reviews

Gerardo S (mx) wrote: I like all the insidious movies. The movie has suspense and it's scary.

Wayne S (ca) wrote: A good movie about two people from sometimes opposing cultures and their quest to find their children after a terrorist attack. Brenda Blethyn strong presence and emotion and Sotigui Kouyat's stature and strength make this a great film.

Angela H (au) wrote: Too sad to be a Disney movie, but this movie does have a touching ending.

NEMESIS D (au) wrote: sometimes a movie is so incredibly stupid that i can't stand it and sometimes it's so incredibly stupid that i love it. i love this. gave me a big grin the whole way through. XD camp beyond camp. can you handle it? lol

Laney C (ag) wrote: George Burns was the best! Good family entertainment.

Aj V (gb) wrote: Although the show is fun, I don't think they should have tried a movie. The jokes are predictable and only half of them are funny. It's okay, but the show is better.

James H (ag) wrote: It has the look and feel of a Frank Capra film. Jimmy Stewart does his usual terrific job, Jane Wyman is fine as well. It's a good story that is good but could have been great, perhaps with a different director than William Wellman at the helm.
