Paul D (au) wrote: This is a pretty solid vampire movie. It stylistically feels sort of like a cross between Nightwatch and The Lost Boys, except with girls. Some pretty good effects and some fun scenes.

Rod A (gb) wrote: This footage brings joy. While not as intense a film as Gimmie Shelter or Woodstock, the moments of musical combustion are well worth investing your time. In particular I loved The Spinners, Celia Cruz, Afrisa, and (of course) Soul Brother # 1. I wish I had seen it live.
Cody C (es) wrote: Almost good. Starts off well, loses steam, and never recovers. Bad CGI really mars it. And just poor plotting.

Alex A (de) wrote: 48 HRS is a solid buddy-cop-thriller starring Eddie Murphy in his debut role as a streetwise parolee and Nick Nolte as a seasoned, bitter cop. The premise is very simple and easy to follow, intense moments are spread around the film and the pacing is indeed brisk thanks to top-notch chemistry between it's lead duo who play off each other so well. Even though I felt the ending was kind of weak and the racist dialogue seemed out of place at times and unnecessary, 48 HRS entertained nonetheless and never bored me once within it's running time.
