(jp) wrote: What could have been a huge cult movie like Evil Dead comes off kinda lame with failed jokes. The cast is good and concept and the movies tries hard for cult status. Where is Sam Raimi when you need him?
(ca) wrote: * An initially hilarious film that tapers off towards the end of the film.* Tom Lennon steals every scene he is in, portraying Lieutenant Jim Dangle superbly.

(es) wrote: A powerful film about a mothers strong bond with her son and what her son is willing to do to save his mother from her bad drug addiction and the abuse from her dealer boyfriend whom she owes money to. Plus feature Keira knightly bravest and best performance to date. The movie is well write. And acted especially by 12 year old Harry Eden, Canadian actress Molly Parker and Keira all quite good and holds the film together.

(mx) wrote: Important, clever, sexy. Almodovar's arguably greatest film.

(de) wrote: Intriguing and tense, yet at the same time darkly funny and enjoyable! 13 Sins is a really good movie, which, unfortunately, suffers from the plot twist syndrome. Yeah. The movie is really great and awesome, until the end comes. The ending is overwhelming! There are three plot twists in 10 minutes of runtime! What the hell!? They stuffed the ending with so much stuff that I have the feel the movie should've been longer. Other than that, the acting is superb and Mark Webber is great in the role of Elliot, and it's amusing seeing him go from a nice guy, to a maniac! The plot is intriguing and will deffinetely keep you on the edge of your seat. All in all, a very good movie, with an overwhelming ending and quite a lot of unanswered questions.
(ru) wrote: Strictly as a comedy this movie was very funny and Jim Carrey is amazing. Overall as a movie it is horrendous in so many ways. But I don't really care with dumb comedies like this as long as they make me laugh. Some of the jokes miss but most of them made me crack up (about 3 viewings)
(ag) wrote: It's sad how painfully unfunny Get Smart is. Stranded, it's cast is misplaced and wasted as the "jokes" are of the lowest intellect variety.
