Death of a President

Death of a President

A fictional investigative documentary looks back on the "assassination" of George W. Bush and attempts to answer the question of who committed the murder. Perhaps less morbid and disturbing to watch now than during Bush's presidency, the film doesn't address Bush's policies at all, instead focusing on the way a nation assigns blame in a time of crisis.

Years after the assassination of President George W. Bush in Chicago, an investigative documentary examines that as-yet-unsolved crime. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Jamie C (au) wrote: Great film loved the plot and the special effects were amazing, The ending was not what I expected, Overall way better than I first thought it would be, A thrill ride from start to finish and must not be missed.

Johnny L (it) wrote: Not as awful as I'd imagined. The fight between the network crews is always great.

Mike A (au) wrote: Watched it at the IMAX too and was a bit disappointed by it. Could have done with a bit less mystic and a bit more India.

Ethan P (jp) wrote: I really wanted to like Boogie Nights. It is a wild, very raunchy movie that becomes brutal and disjointed. It had a titillating premise and started with promise, but it lost it's focus in the middle. The plot digressed, the film is too long and I lost interest. There are moments of brilliance, like when Don Cheadle gets caught in the middle of a shootout at the convenience store and is the only one left alive. The movie is also very depressing, so if you are expecting a fun, upbeat movie about dancing, this is not what you're looking for.

Jeff B (us) wrote: For some reason I remember liking this when I was 9 years old. Of course, that was back when Macauly Culkin made pretty much the only movies aimed at kids in 1993/1994, so we didn't have many films to choose from to watch. So, I saw this whole movie was on youtube and decided to check it out. Pretty dull movie, sort of a combination of Home Alone and the Bucket List, it starts Culkin with bad looking long hair reunited with his dad Ted Danson (also with bad long hair and an accent that is far too thick) who stole a bunch of gold coins. Of course, Culkin finds out, takes the coins, and threatens to turn them in unless Danson spends time with him. Hilarity ensues, yawn. Pretty dull script with a stupid romance story thrown in there and it tries to have a heart at the end. It's best if you don't rewatch this and instead just remember it as being just okay when you were little.

Adam R (mx) wrote: This movie is like a caterpillar crawling on a lamp post covered in Crisco: For every inch it climbs up, it invariably loses two to three inches to inertia. Lewis Moffit (George E. Mather) is a promising med student who seems to exhibit no squeamishness at the prospect of blood and guts. However, beneath Moffitt's bravado lies terror over a traumatic childhood incident regarding the walking dead. His staid exterior makes it all too easy for his frat-mates to devise an initiation prank for Lewis that could prove devastating for the conflicted young man. "Ring of Terror" is a remarkably flawed film, one whose promising elements are hard to reconcile with its awful bits. Its treatment of two overweight lovers is downright cruel, yet the characters are visibly happy together, making the entire romance subplot sort of a tough sit. There are also glimpses at inchoate broadsides against conformity and the notion that fear and bravery are incompatible bed fellows, but these are given short-shrift in the poorly structure script.

Bryan M (us) wrote: Not exactly a musical classic, but an acceptable time filler. Best known for bringing together Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, mainly off-screen. It may surprise some to know that the two are not paired as love interests in this movie. Contains some decent songs, good goofy humor, and a sunny disposition.

Lilia A (ca) wrote: I've been watching to watch this movie for a long time, and I'm glad I finally did.The story is sweet and sad. And the irony in the movie is beautiful. Edward looks evil but has a sweet and pure heart. The town and townspeople look sweet and innocent, but are evil. There were some parts of the movie that I had to trudge through, but overall it was an enjoyable movie.

Frances H (au) wrote: Adorably cute film about a Scots lad getting his first date and the beginnings of romantic relations between the sexes in a school in Scotland. Sweet and nostalgically funny with a great script and direction from the man who gave us Local Hero and Comfort and Joy--Bill Forsyth.

Jamie C (ca) wrote: After Casino Royale was just the perfect Bond film it was always going to be difficult to top and it didn't top it, But it's still a good solid Bond film, Daniel Craig makes me look forward to new Bond films now plus they arn't as corny and stupid anymore now Daniel took the role up, A more darker serious Bond is the way forward, The plot can sometimes get a little confusing in places but the action makes up for it, It's still one of the best Bond films around.

Pablo G (ru) wrote: 3/5Surprisingly not the worst horror movie ever, The Boy thankfully has much more to offer than just what the trailer would suggest, that being a lonely girl trapped in a house with a demonic doll. The biggest flaw of the movie is that it does plenty of things right, the story and the characters in particular were better than expected, but at the same time it doesnt go as far as it thinks it is going with these notable elements, in many ways making this film the perfect candidate for a remake.
