(mx) wrote: The title is somewhat misleading as the drama surrounds the whole family in question. It is however no more than a gentle portrayal of their lives after a medical emergency changes their direction.
(br) wrote: Another interesting movie from the same director of Spider Lilies.. Nice film interconnecting 3 different stories about LGBTs in Taiwan..
(us) wrote: An interesting British indie w/ a very young and raw Andrew Garfield. While it never quite felt like a coherent whole, there were a number of good scenes. Both Peter Mullan and Garfield give earnest performances that show their talents and emotional depth.
(fr) wrote: Eh, fun afternoon watch but a forgetful film
(ag) wrote: This movie isn't about Paul Walker it's about those Siberian Huskies. Any dog lover would enjoy this movie.
(us) wrote: A rare gem! I've never seen a better movie that covers the 70s like this one did so perfectly. Right on spot. The movies plot is empty but somehow the shenanigans carry it all the way to the end without any loss of attention
(kr) wrote: Started out very strong with robocop feeling human. The movie did a 180 and got way to crazy. 2 1/2
(mx) wrote: again jeffrey combs makes it awesome. Lots of cool little creatures he puts together and then brings to life. Not as amazing as the first but sill pretty good.
(mx) wrote: Some very beautiful moments. Slightly too long and the acting isn't particularly strong.

(gb) wrote: Fairly entertaining...though nothing spectacular....an interesting cast...may have been a much better watch at the time of release
(es) wrote: WHAT I LIKED: Another blast from the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise; everyone returns in another adventure that's a ball from the off. Once again fun and style is the key and the result is yet another great summer blockbuster experience.WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: There's nothing particularly fresh here, and I have to say some of the raw enjoyment does drag out a little compared the previous instalment thanks to the baffling plot and extended ending. VERDICT: Don't think about it too hard, just enjoy it - because it's great fun, and that's all it's supposed to be.
(au) wrote: The stories are uneven. However, with Cushing, Lee, Gough and Sutherland, you'll get a fun anthology, regardless. Amicus made a solid horror flick with Freddie Francis, but they'd do better with Tales from the Crypt.
