Gimly M (fr) wrote: Rocks the "And suddenly, MAGIC!" trope I detest so. Watchable by all accounts, but absolutely zero staying power.

Sean W (au) wrote: The comedy is subtle, and in fact may be more realistic than your big Hollywood blockbuster because it consists of your day-to-day chuckles that humans are more prone to. There are big laughs too, but they don't overshadow the overall delightfulness of this indie comedy.

Barbara R (au) wrote: Loved this movie, makes me want to move back to Italy right away.

Arseniy V (es) wrote: A few questionable musical choices aside, this one deserved much better reviews than it got.

Valeriya V (mx) wrote: IT was very accurate regarding rotten Russian bureaucracy and factually very correct. I was in Russia when it happenned, Not sure though why it was not actually filmed in Russia, but in Hungary. That part puzzled me. I loved the actors, and how they portrayed everything.

Marie C (mx) wrote: I loved this movie when I was a child.

Ray M (es) wrote: Style Wars is the definitive hip hop movie. This film encompasses hip hop culture covering graffiti, the music, and break dancing. It is also a time capsule and a very significant film. It captures NY and hip hop's impact before most people even considered hip hop a culture. The city is captured as it was and no longer is.It is not only the very first documentary ever made about hip hop but it is also one of the most influential. This was the film that had many kids who were into hip hop during the early 80's quoting it on the street and in school. The same kids were inspired to bomb graffiti and break dance.Originally broadcast as a PBS documentary, it was well known and widely watched during it's airings throughout the 80's. Although not as widely known today by the younger generation as it is by those who actually witnessed its initial airings and popularity, this film still finds its way into conversations, record samplings, and articles on a daily basis. Over the last 20 years, many hip hop artists have sampled dialogue from this documentary. The straight forward, unrehearsed, and impromptu dialogue in this film far outdoes any script that could ever be thought or typed.

Raji K (gb) wrote: Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy star in the cop drama 48 hours. Two dangerous cop killers that have escaped from prison and are on the lose. After killing two cops one, with Nolte's own gun, he has no choice but to close the case fast. He enlists Murphy from prison to help as he has some leads on the killers. He can only release him for 48 hours and the chase begins. 48 Hours is gritty, and filled with good action and Nolte and Murphy have good chemistry. The film paves the way for many future cop partner films to come.

Grant L (ag) wrote: This film was REALLY cheesy and the fight scenes were very slow and not well-captured! The deaths were quite cheesy. The martial arts skills demonstrated by the actor were surprisingly good though! However, the film was too bland too receive a high rating so I have to give it a 2.5/5!

Greg R (ru) wrote: While this is probably my least favorite Harry Potter movie, there is still some good stuff in it.
