William H (mx) wrote: After a 40 year civil war the government anounces that all war criminals are amnestied. Atim receives orders from his grandfather to kill Nassara, the murderer of his father, a man who now owns a bakery. Atim offers his services to him and Nassara hires him, not knowing that he killed his dad in the civil war. Slowly a dad-son relationship develops between Atim and Nassara. Atim struggles with his conscious and finds it hard to carry out the orders of his grandfather. The movie focuses on the inner thoughts of the main characters and in doing so shows the consequences of a civil war. Not much happens but stil there always is a high tension as U can feel Atim doubting when to kill Nassara. Brilliant Afican movie from Mahamet-Saleh Haroun, a director from Chad!

Maxx D (us) wrote: A good performance by Costner ruined by some sloppy writing and a couple of hugley out of place scenes. Could have been much better with a few tweaks and snappier direction, a shame as it had great promise.

Dann M (ru) wrote: From director Tony Scott comes the exciting sci-fi thriller Dj Vu. The story follows an ATF agent who's recruited to join a special task force that investigates a terrorist bombing using an experimental technology that can view 4 days into the past. Denzel Washington and Jim Caviezel lead the cast and deliver some very good performances. And Tony Scott's directing brings a lot of energy and excitement to the film. The writing is also quite impressive, particularly in how it explores time travel and issues of causality. Plus, the investigation itself is engaging and takes a number of interesting turns. The plot can be a little confusing at times, but overall Dj Vu is an incredibly entertaining and action-packed film.

John B (kr) wrote: It's good but nowhere near as good as the first. The gags aren't as fresh and sharp as the original and the story not as good. There are still some really funny bits in it and Heather Graeme looks fantastic. But it's not one I'd watch over and over.
