Facundo S (ag) wrote: Genial homenaje a las tiras originales de Schulz. Sigue el estilo de las tiras de los 60', sus personajes y dilogos.

Mark N (jp) wrote: Decent story utterly undermined with horrible production values and awful dialogue. Sean Young seems to be genuinely trying to make something of a bad situation but all too soon she, along with the rest seem to just want to get the whole thing over.

Jamie I (au) wrote: Widower Dan Burns (Steve Carell) gives advice to parents about their teenagers. The only problem is he doesn't know the first thing about handling his own teenage daughters. A family vacation brings Dan head over heels in love with Marie (Juliette Binoche), a girl he meets at the book store. There's just one problem, Marie is Dan's brother's girlfriend. Over the weekend naturally everyone falls in love with Marie. The family is so happy Mitch has finally found a good woman. I really think you feel Dan's pain as he stands right next to Marie not being able to be with her. Look for my two favorite scenes, the stone skipping scene and clubbing with Dan & Mitch. I won't spoil this for you but I will say I got a little misty at the end. I wholeheartedly recommend Dan In Real Life.

It blows my mind that in 1994 Noah made the film (Kicking and Screaming) that defined Generation X (and served a the catalyst for the path I have chosen). And now, 20+ years later he's made the film that defines my generation and the post-collegiate experience that most of us that weren't born with rich parents have suffered through.

Owen B (ca) wrote: Smart, funny, well-written, and an accurate representation of the high school in crowd, Mean Girls' only problem is that it's a bit too offensive for a PG-13 film.
