Chuck C (ca) wrote: This might be the worst movie I've ever seen, and I dont say things like that often. As a student film project it's quite good, but as a DVD released by Alliance Atlantis, it's an insult. The plot is lame, the acting is terrible, and the script is non-existent. Most of the scenes (which dont have anything to do with each other most of the time) have no dialogue. Perhaps they were trying to go for an ominous vibe, but it's obviously a "we wanted to make a movie but no one wanted to write it" vibe. Writing is free, so it's ironic that such a low budget production made precious little use of it. In addition to not speaking, almost none of the characters scream when faced with WALKING DEAD CLOWNS! There's no story arc, as scenes are ramdonly thrown in with no bearing whatsoever on the rest of the movie. At one point, a blonde girl that isnt in any other scenes of the movie is VERY slowly chased up a set of stairs by one of the clowns. 100% pointless if not for the very slight cleavage which was probably the best part of the movie, but its about as hot as your average Sunshine Girl pic. If there's anything good about this, the makeup and gore effects are good, but even gorehounds wont want to suffer through the absolute GARBAGE that is the rest of this film. DONT watch this. It's not worth it on ANY level. NO! DONT!

Squall C (fr) wrote: A promising premise slowly turns into nothing. I would feel okay with a remake of this with a great story that could really tug at the strings with the vast distance between the two.
Amante B (de) wrote: Interesting nunsploitation flick from Japan with beautiful cinematography. Nuns having lesbian sex, nuns getting whipped (topless of course), nuns smoking weed, well you get the idea. Add to this a priest that looks like Rasputin and a urination on a crucifix scene and you're good to go

Michael K (de) wrote: This is a great addition to any horror movie fan's library. Terrifying and surreal, it's a haunted house flick that will make you think twice before renting someone's home. Directed by Dan Curtis, more well known for his work on the TV series Dark Shadows, gets a lot from his special effects budget and top notch actors.
