David C (it) wrote: The movie is well acted, but has some historical inaccuracies that bother me, especially since I am a huge JFK buff. I thought the movie would mainly center around what happened at Parkland hospital, but it kept jumping around with the stories about Robert Oswald, Agent Hosty, Abraham Zapruder, etc. I really would have liked if they did a whole movie about just what had happened at Parkland Hospital that fateful day in November of 1963. I also believe that the JFK assassination was a conspiracy and the screenplay is based on a book written by a person who believed Oswald acted alone, Vincent Bugliosi, so I may be a little biased on my review.

Tristan E (fr) wrote: There's only one reason to see this movie: in slow-mo you can have a peek at Emmanuelle Chriqui's right boob (from behind). The rest is just a weak plot with a ridiculous twist at the end. And don't get me started on Fishburn's poor performance.

Lance W (ca) wrote: No plot, no real villain and includes the guy who portrayed Darth Vader like a whiney brat... This movie makes me angry with how poorly they displayed the power of a beloved x men character and made it boring... Shame on you Jumper
Sen E (de) wrote: Not very true to the facts (well at least the first part anyway), but very well made. The acting and action is all very well done. The art of kyoukushin is well represented especially towards the end of the film. As a side note this movie has one of the best training sequences ever filmed (puts rocky to shame) and I think it ended the only way a film about Mas Oyama should end. Very highly recommended and imo, along with Fearless, one of the best biopics ever made.

Dan M (fr) wrote: Very entertaining musical. There are some great songs (and a few that aren't great). Marlon Brando, who is one of the best movie actors of all time, is unfortunately miscast, but overall this movie is just a lot of fun!

Roger R (kr) wrote: Somehow Howard Hawks breathes life into this predictable piece of war time propaganda assisted by a good ensemble cast especially arthyr Kennedy and John garfield - the use of archival footage and integration of models with a real plane is particularly good for the period. I couldn't help noticing the one of the "Japanese" battleships sunk was actually footage of a WW1 battleship of the Austrian Hungrian empire from archival footage - I once watced a similar kind of movie with a Czech friend who had grown up under the iron curtain during the cold war - he said soviet war propaganda films in the cold war were almost identical to the American ones except they were in russian
