Roxanne S (de) wrote: Beautifully done! Wonderful homage to Southern California and Hollywood in particular. Loved the beginning and ending rolling scenes. This is one I will see and listen to again and again.

Jacob D (jp) wrote: One of the worst movies I've seen since I'm Not Ashamed, I'm serious!

Joshua L (au) wrote: Not a bad movie but not all that good either. Keaton is the best thing about it.

Sutthirak P (mx) wrote: Loving someone is just to be happy with the one you love. "Apple" may look too fantasy for me but I forgave because it was meant to be a semi-autobiography fiction wrote by the lead character in the movie. And it left an impressive moment.

MF J (gb) wrote: The unique Werner Herzog is embarking us with him deep beneath the surface of the earth for a tour of the Chalet cave in France. The documentary is very interesting and entertaining with Herzog himself narrating the story. In 3D , i have no doubt the film must look amazing. Great documentary.

Paul W (us) wrote: I awaited the sweet relief of death to come as I watched each minute of this movie. (Sorry, Rico. )

Donn E (it) wrote: This movie should be a moving yet not sappy family film. It was very well acted, and the message is given through the reality of family life. As seen through the eyes of the 11 year old boy, the family is struggling. What seems to hold them together is "Big Mama" and Sunday dinner. When she is no longer able to prepare Sunday dinner, the tensions and divisions seem to take over. But a determined boy works on getting the family together. The importance of family, of Sabbath, of communication and love are central to the film. Yet, it becomes difficult to show it to children and young teenagers who would enjoy and learn from it, for their are to gratuitous up against the wall sex scenes that are totally unnecessary. Having said that, it is still a moving film, with humor and grace.

Toby J (ca) wrote: Not an ultimate classic, but a good watch. A slow burner for the first hour, but certainly watchable. A good turnout for one of Eddie Murphy's first films on the big stage.
