Lindsay D (br) wrote: A refreshing and well written werewolf movie. Im a seasoned horror buff having 35 years of expieriance on all horror genres (i.e. monsters, paranormal, slasher, psychological, sci fi) so it takes a lot to impress me. When I give 4-5 star ratings it means I will be watching the film again, and probably adding to my personal library.
Paul D (gb) wrote: An finely executed thriller for a low-budget production. The single setting obviously helps facilitate this, but it shows you don't have to be extravagant to produced a worthy feature.
Jonathan P (nl) wrote: Any time John Travolta plays the villain/anti-hero/tough guy it seems to be an enjoyable movie. Travolta is fantastic as Charlie Wax a CIA tough guy who will do anything to get his man. From Paris with Love is thin on story and heavy on action which suits me just fine when I want to be entertained.

Matt M (ca) wrote: A woman awaits something, perhaps her execution, alone in a house, and goes through different psychological phases which almost drive her to madness as well as frustration. This experimental film is mostly a one woman show as the lead character is also alone on the screen for most of the film. Though the idea seems interesting and admirably ambitious, the outcome is weak and seemingly uninterested. On top of that, it is much too long and not thought provoking enough. Tschechowa fulfils her role well, and her presence is commanding.
Burger W (jp) wrote: This documentary deals with ET's and their possible influence on ancient humanity, backed up by some pretty compelling evidence. Its old, but it has opened the door to a very interesting idea and is generally well done.

Brian R (ag) wrote: Imo, this film is pretty much like "Scarface". You have an up in coming gangster who rises through the ranks, becomes boss, enjoying the glamourous lifestyle, gets into conflicts with his closests friends, smoking cigars, following with a big climatic shootout. I really enjoyed this film and Edward G. Robinson plays a convincing Little Caesar. One of the big differences is Caesar doesn't partake in assassinating his boss (his boss then works for him), no love life, doesn't rat on his associates, cares a lot for his best friend. Caesar seems to be the gangster with a heart of gold and well even gangsters can be human. So in a way even though Caesar is a deadly gangster, he's got a bit of careness in his heart. Even if he is so good covering up his soft side.
