Henry W (us) wrote: While I would easily rate this among the best films of all time, it seems to me that as clearly as it spoke to me personally, it meant not quite as much to other viewers. Still, I believe that in time this film will gain in reputation and importance, even though the director has reduced himself to directing marginal comedies

Anand K (kr) wrote: there is no bar in america that allows minors-even witha 'stamp'. everyone in the hallway immediately spots a 1/2 inch word on her forehead in blurry letters???? and can read it and mock her instantly? wtf??? the guy who is too busy to even talk suddenly can spend all day watching her on video? wtf??? true humor comes with a dose of realism, dudes....this is lazy film writing/directing. upset people in movies always rush into the bathroom to douse their face with water. I have never known an actual human to do this in real life.....its just one of those hollywood formulas....its the excuse to get them looking in the mirror to fulfill some script requirement and is....LAZY SCRIPTWRITING. the seniors have enough money to rent amusement park rides and fairground to 'raise money for the prom'? if they have that much money why do they need to raise any???? wtf? So very sick of the high school movie nerd chick becomes prom queen....so sick of it hollywood.....just do one movie without this please?
