Shivani K (fr) wrote: This film is quite an odd film, it features a rogue sadistic tyre that has come to life and has gained the power of telekinesis which it uses to kill. Despite the odd storyline it flows well in terms of scene to scene and has a pleasing soundtrack as well as great cinematography. The acting was as well as could be considering the movies storyline but there was nothing overly impressive. It may not be a horrible film but in my opinion it is not to the taste of many people and was disengaging in some scenes. For me this movie was alright but i wouldn't watch it again.

Mike V (fr) wrote: the sound was an issue and the narrator kind of wanders throughout the film...but the story is one that needed to be told

Raven M (us) wrote: When it stuck to the original story it was really good, just what I imagined burning my way through the book. However in order to make it three movies they added far too much unnecessary padding. However Smoug was amazing to see and hear onscreen and Bilbo is perfect.

Nolan M (kr) wrote: A very odd and dissappointing film from Doug Liman. Hayden Christenson gives a shitty performance being the wooden and hollow actor he is and the visuals aren't that impressive. I think the script could've been drawn out a little longer to explain some questions I had about certain plot elements. Overall, the movie sucked.

Dean M (kr) wrote: Great sexy international spy thriller, but kind of funny made from Hong Kong. Amazingly, it is amusing, though in the slightest way possible. Seoul Raiders has a ridiculous concept that's thin even by Hong Kong's usual paper-thin standards. Jingle Ma has referred to his Raiders franchise as a Hong Kong James Bond, but Bond would never get worked up over cases this silly or bad guys this inept. Even though there are supposedly serious things at stake (lives, economies, possible terrorist interests), it's all put aside for the jokey, smarmy antics of Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, who's billed as the most super-cool Asian spy EVER.

Ashley H (kr) wrote: Hollywoodland is a decent film. It is about a detective who examines the mysterious death of George Reeves, TV's Superman. Adrien Brody and Ben Affleck give good performances. The screenplay is entertaining but a little slow in places. Allen Coulter did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama.

John B (mx) wrote: "If you liked Wayne's World, you'll love Encino Man!" Not sure I agree with the tagline for the movie, but Encino Man sure managed to entertain me with it's silly, goofy plot-line that includes Sean Astin, Brendon Fraser & Pauly Shore who surprisingly is less aggravating in this one than Bio-Dumb.
