Kyle C (fr) wrote: Another movie that I would be lying by saying that it wasn't entertaining. And to be honest, I think this one was better than the 1st movie. More Arnold, more Bruce and more funny one-liners. The action is even higher if that's possible. But, for me at least, the thing that won me over this time, believe it or not, was Jean Claude Van Damme, he was amazing as the villain and he is back where he belongs, on the big screen. RECOMMENDED for non-stop action fans, action fans in general, Arnie, Sly and Van Damme fans.
Brent C (us) wrote: This one had all the ingredients to be a great movie. Pacino and Mirren, Mamet as writer and director, and the enigmatic Spector as its focus. However, it falls flat and fails to engage.
Russell S (kr) wrote: An especially stunning movie first time around, exploring some great psychological concepts and ideas. However, it's length is oddly a little off-putting on subsequent viewings which is probably why I've only seen it about 3 times since it's release.A truly great movie though, which criss- crosses through genre's of psychological thriller, science fiction, tragedy and action.

Don S (de) wrote: Since I work in corrections, I typically do not watch prison movies - why watch what I live? Being based on a true story, I figured I'd see what it was like before I entered the industry. This is well-written and decently acted. Difficult to believe how people treat other people and what authority turns a blind eye to. Holds your interest though I found the inmates actions unbelievable in many instances.
Steve W (fr) wrote: D. W Griffth's ambitious epic is about two orphans who must fend for themselves, especially when one becomes blind. The movie is high in suspense and plot lines, but with skill the director is able to keep things interesting throughout the long running time.
Dane W (nl) wrote: With Excellent Acting, Spectacular Directing, And Memorable Music, "Jaws" becomes the first blockbuster and greatest film in cinema history with Steven Spielberg at his finest. Intense and perfectly constructed, no film can surpass the effect it had. Re-watchable every time and it only gets better and better. Verdict: Masterpiece.
Johann M (fr) wrote: 3 Stars! A classic film of the 90's decade. It is a tender and hilarious story starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, a role that gave her the Golden Globe for Best Actress and even an Oscar nomination. It is really like a more mature and modern Cinderella-like fairy tale.
