Andrew B (nl) wrote: Even with a plot that is somewhat not believable I found Limitless to be really entertaining. I am not going to bash a movie for having a plot that could not happen in real life, after all this is the movies and why they are made, so its fun to sit back and imagine that it could be real. This is actually the first Bradley Cooper movie I watched and realized that this guy had some potential to be a pretty good actor in the future. Deniro is underwhelming as he has been for the last 20 years, but that doesn't hurt the film at all. Limitless was thrilling and kept you interested and excited throughout the entire movie. Definitely worth a watch if your looking for a fun movie to check out if there is nothing else on at the time.
Sylvia G (au) wrote: Not such a great film, showing the typical undercover agent/cop in the circles of the maffia, but bec it was based on true events I wanted to see it. Most acting was very low style and some fighting scenes were boring and slowed the whole action down.

Allan C (gb) wrote: Lavish, by Roger Corman standards, historical drama about WWI ace fighter pilot, the Red Baron. The other part of the the title, Brown, is a Canadian pilot flying with the allies. The action and ariel fight sequences are terrific and I be were pretty impressive on the big screen. The major downside to the film is that the film is pretty boring when the pilots are on the ground and talking. Worth watching for the action, but it's not really a very compelling drama. I'd have expected better from Corman.

Sam T (ca) wrote: One of the best films ever to come out of the Hammer Studios, this little chiller goes unnoticed for lack of marketable monster and the fact that it is in black and white, despite Hammer being famous for it's colour horror films. A beautiful parapalegic returns to her father's home in France to find that he is not there, but is met by her young stepmother that she never met, the hunky chauffer and a sinister and mysterious doctor played by Hammer's Christopher Lee. All seems to be eerie and unsettling, espectially when she begins to have mysterious encounters with her father's lifeless corpse? Is it a result of her own madness or is there a bigger plan a foot. Numerous twists and turns keeps you guessing, and nothing and nobody is ever what they seem in this well made overlooked thriller. Possilby one of the best films Hammer Studios has to offer.
