Keating T (au) wrote: I guess if you like musicals this one isn't too bad; very cocasion themed movie.

Simon D (de) wrote: So similar to Cannibal Holocaust that they might as well be the same film. If my memory serves me right, this is a little better. It has a deeper story and the acting is better, although still not at a good level. I was expecting this to be a more difficult watch than it was as it's notoriosity led me to believe. If there were less scenes of animals being killed then I would say that they got the gore factor just right.

Per Gunnar J (gb) wrote: I remembered this film as a bit better than I thought it wasnow when re-watching it. I was especially dissapointed atthe constant recycling of scenes. The same bloody aircraftwent into the see in the same way umpteen times forinstance.

Nelson M (ru) wrote: An underrated classic by Micelangleo Antonioni. The incredibly impressive visuals add to the counter cultural message of the film. Zabriskie Point is a slow paced film which requires our investment, but if given the attention the characters in the film really stand out. The soundtrack is, for lack of better words, absolutely outstanding featuring the works of Pink Floyd and The Grateful Dead. The acting, at times, feels a little wooden but that's forgiven, they liven it up as time goes on and it gives sense to the lost and confusing times of the generation. However, the film captures a generation, politically, culturally, and especially aesthetically. This film is worth seeing over and over, it is grossly underrated.

Ted W (kr) wrote: Now we know what Quentin Tarantino watches before he makes a movie. This was incredible and even more so thinking that it is nearly 50 years old. It's as fresh and in your face today as it probably was then.

Daniel S (jp) wrote: AWESOME thriller. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. And Sophia Loren when young may be the most gorgeous woman ever born!!!

John M (nl) wrote: OK, the plot isn't original by any means, but this is how you do the dream woman coming to life scenario. It's witty, clever and has charm by the bucket load. And it's for those reasons that, even when it loses steam occasionally, you don't very much care, because the characters are so endearing and charming that you just want to spend time with them. In Ruby Sparks, Kazan has given us the best example of this kind of film that there's ever been.

Neville P (nl) wrote: Super movie on the conflict between one's thoughts and ideals and the physical body. Lovely shots of bombay

Joel A (nl) wrote: An irresistibly bad 80's action flick about a San Diego cop transferred to LA due to his Samurai Ability. Although the this film I guess has somewhat of a plot it's the awful dialogue & ridiculous action sequences that make the film. It's such a vehicle of its day, overlong sex scenes, unusually flippant racial jokes & macho males throughout. It's a perfect film to watch with a rowdy audience & have a good belly laugh. Hilarious & awful at the same time. A must see for Bad Movie Enthausits.
