Lynda B (nl) wrote: This is my favorite movie! Good Movie

Tim K (es) wrote: You appreciate Pixar a lot more after watching one like this, but it actually was better than I expected. Good to hear Tim Conway's voice as Santa in this one.

Marae B (ca) wrote: slow and sad and felt long, a bit droll in places.

anne l (ca) wrote: very sweet Rom-com with a little tennis mixed in. a great example of the genre. not too challenging, but funny and totally enjoyable.

Sarah H (us) wrote: this is a wonderful movie

Pete B (mx) wrote: A good fun swashbucler. A strange blend of comedy and drama which works well. The film improves as it goes along. Only the French could end with the father daughter ending up as lovers and get away with it.

Carla C (it) wrote: breathtakingly beautiful and full of depth.

Muhammed S (jp) wrote: A genuinely creeping ending to this movie, its not fast paced and heart pounding but it does the trick. A younger audience may not appreciate it but , it is a good watch. A good late night suspense haunted house horror watch. A must see for horror buffs.

Brian K (us) wrote: the first half was a bit boring but the second half made up for it...well not enough I would say but it is still a good movie if you're feeling silly

William W (fr) wrote: Like what Sergio Leone did for westerns, Tsui Hark's revisionist wuxia is a dark, brutal and dazzling experience. Although many would recognizes the One Armed Swordsman plot, The Blade is an entirely different beast, and a very fascinating one indeed. This isl 90s HK action cinema at its finest.

Oskar B (mx) wrote: The premise is interesting and really works its first minutes. But as the story drags on a bit you can find continuity errors and character misplacement. It all seemed a little far fedched and everything did not work. It looked pretty great but everything else was less astounding. I respected it for its little use of jump scares and went for tension, altough I was never thrilled because there was no tension. Acting was fine but not hing special. And it was very slow paced altough very much was happening it dragged.

Torion O (jp) wrote: High-paced spread of a virus that is pretty engaging.

Brad G (fr) wrote: "Somethin' about blowin' the shit out of a razorback brightens up my day!" This is not simply a Jaws knockoff - it's the ultimate Jaws knockoff! Forget Piranha, forget Orca. They might have the marine life, but Razorback takes the Man Vs Evil Nature plot and uses it to propel its narrative down a music video dreamscape so smokey & cacophonous Tony Scott & Terry Gilliam wake from terror sweats contemplating their failure to capture it's insanity. Bill Kerr is Jake Cullen, a Kangaroo hunter who trades one killing spree for another after a boar the size of a rhino carries off his infant grandson in its tusks. Partnering up with Canadian blank slate Gregory Harrison and wildlife tracker Arkie Whiteley, Kerr navigates an endless display of foreground skulls to rid the outback of the great beast. But is Razorback the real threat, or is the true face of pockmarked evil belong to Dicko Baker and his piggy pleasure squeals? Not VF.

Luke G (jp) wrote: Assassination Games came in a shock to me after viewing this feature. Jean Claude Van Damme and Scott Adtkins make a great duo, and Van Damme s performance was solid and great, you can tell that he is more focused on his acting more then his fight scenes. I was surprised to see that Van Damme s son Kristopher had a bigger role then ever as a cop and his on screen acting was shockingly good and his daughter as well. If you are a true hard core action movie fan it doesn't get no better then this, because Assassination Games delivers just that, mixed with some intense drama and tad bit of humor. The story seems to linger a bit but was well.written, and overall this movie rocks, especially for being a Van Damme movie!
