Doug F (fr) wrote: Acknowledging its budget concerns, Evil Alien Conquerors does the only thing it can with its premise. It overstates how underwhelming it is and revels in its stupidity... to the point that it almost works. I guess if you can't make a good movie, at least make a funny one.

Ryan C (mx) wrote: Trying to cash in on the bizarre success of the first Ace Ventura film, Jim Carrey takes another stab at his over the top physical comedy in "When Nature Calls" and misses the mark...again. Sure it has its hilarious scenes, but the trademark character is the exact same with the exact behavior and exact dirty jokes.

Stephen C (it) wrote: To some critics Terence Fisher is no more than a horror hack director who made a few good films. To those who are in the know Fisher was the best director of period Hammer Gothic and he is a master of the of the eerie and gory without going too far over the top, Here in the second Dracula film of the series he gives us the nosy couples in peril who unwittingly become involved in the return of Christopher Lee's definite Dracula. Lee doesnt have a lot of screen time, but when he does appear he is such a presence you cant take your eyes off him and i guess thats the idea. Andrew Keir is very good as a Vampire hunter and Fisher pours on the Kensington gore and gothic flashes with relish. Later Dracula films would get a bit silly but this is a real calssic of the vampire genre

Caleb C (jp) wrote: This movie for what it is actually has some good moments to it. It has a lot of heart and that can go a long way sometimes and it carrys this film for its entirity. It is also fairly funny with a decent amount of laughable moments. If you're looking for something funny and sweet, this movie is perfect for you.
