Novella McClure is like most struggling actresses in Los Angeles: she's in her early 30s, her fake name sounded cooler ten years ago, and she hasn't landed a role in three years. To top it all off, she's developed a disturbing habit of eating her own flesh. Novella desperately tries to hide her strange condition from her motherly landlord, Eesha, and somewhat psychopathic best friend, Candice, but her body and mind continue to deteriorate in the depressing world of failed auditions and sketchy night clubs. Can a romantic relationship with her psychiatrist prevent her from self destruction? Or will her fatal habit continue to eat away at her?

Joseph P (es) wrote: It was... interesting to say the least. It sure wasn't an Oscar winning film, but it seems low-budget and what I expected from YouTube star Shane Dawson. The scenes that are laughable that are only funny once, or try too hard to be funny. Which isn't a bad thing, but it didn't work out in most cases. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. It is certainly not a re-watchable film, but like Drake Bell's 2008 film spoof "Superhero Movie", it was a good watch. But only once.

John B (ru) wrote: So why on earth do we not know about Martin Strel outside of this film? He is likely one of the most fascinating people that you will encounter. An overweight alcoholic who somehow manages to find the endurance to swim major rivers. The tale is marvellous.

Richard I (br) wrote: If you could distill an average improv class into a film, and cast it with local amdram performers, you'd probably end up with something like this. It's almost depressing how the director can make even good actors look and sound like they've never acted before. It could be revolutionary, but I suspect it's really an attempt to restore the monarchy.

Timothy G (jp) wrote: This is a movie about a woman who gets the Medal of Honor for committing a war crime. If you can ignore that fact, it's a pretty good movie.

Sarah M (ru) wrote: It just stuck with me from the time I first saw it, It's true things do Change. Funny, sad etc..

James M (br) wrote: Bit of a mess. Not a bad two star but was expecting better. Some of the imagery was excellent and some genuinely creepy moments but the story was a bit muddled, some of the acting was unconvincing and it dragged. I also thought the child lead was one of the most annoying, unlikable characters I've seen in a long time. Looked dated at times and would be perfect for a remake.

Frank J (ca) wrote: This is a masterpiece.

Leonard D (au) wrote: This is a bit too fast, and doesn't get much focus. Rosie O' Donnell's performance was just too irritating to sit through! The only redeeming factor of this feature is the animation. Damn, does it look good here! Aside from that, another missed opportunity from the good old days of Disney animation! What a shame.???
