Lucas M (ru) wrote: Bizarre and oddly written, Gentlemen Broncos is a satire about the world of new sci-fi novels sucess and it's cinematic adaptation, as well it's fans. Dispite being silly, present a juvenile screenplay and seldom have an actually funny scene, the couple of filmmakes, Jared and Jerusha Hess, show another quirky view of the society and another interesting movie to watch. Fresh.
Ekkehard L (gb) wrote: Wow... what a slow movie. I was very interested by the apocalyptic theme but the film maker understood of destroying the whole atmosphere by a very slow developing movie which leaves you wondering if they ran out of story elements. The answer is easy... yes. There is really nothing else then a very very short main plot... main characters need to go from A to B. Nothing else. No surprises... a pity.

The camera at times is a literal voyeuristic eye that pervs over some of the pretty young teens having showers and what have you before they get bumped off and eye gauged out. I must say the final big reveal is impressive as is the reason behind these eye obsessed killings. But besides the final 10 minutes it offers little in anything else to make it stand out from all the classics in the sub-genre. Still i feel its a worthwhile watch for fans of Giallo.
