Siming T (nl) wrote: A movie that depicted how friendship between 3 persons eventually transformed into a complicated love triangle during the turbulent period in Taiwan. I like the plot with some subtle messages towards the end, but I suppose it does turn out to be a little cheesy at the same time.

Joetaeb D (it) wrote: Chernobyl diaries has an intriguing premise and solidly spooky sets. But is a rather insufficient and amateurishly acted spook fest that becomes derivative too quickly

Dimitris K (ag) wrote: Is there a movie where they use prop replicas from the movie 300?Is there a movie where they attempt to imitate the power strikes of Brad Pitt-Achilles from Troy...and fail miserably ?The answer to both these questions is yes, and that movie is called Hellhounds. This B movie is a combination of some ok actors, some of the worlds worst actors, some of the worst cg ever created, and some quite nice splatter scenes. It has some nicely directed scenes, some terrible scenes, some ok scenes. In general this movie looks like it was made by whomever came through the door of the studio by chance and just grabbed the camera and directed a part of the movie. There is no other way to explain why some parts look great and some are rediculus. Can you afford to miss this movie ?Yes you definitely can...but go on and watch it (on dvd) :D

Brian O (es) wrote: A big, BIG question came to mind when the closing credits began rolling across the screen: "If I were arrested for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict me?"

Robyn M (ru) wrote: Ok i know JLo can dance thats what kicked off her career but show me somes move i haven't seen her do in her music videos! Richard gere is 2 left feet away from getting the cane, and susan Sarandon where is she? doesn't she wonder where Gere is, shes married to him. I'm guessing Gere thought he was a pro-dancer since his great hit in chicago. This movie would have been better with a experienced cheographer or just not made at all..its slow paced and gives me belly aches!

Private U (au) wrote: This story was very interesting..it wasn't the best plot, but it caught my attention..

jay n (ru) wrote: It's a B western but as these things go a rather good one.

Ben H (gb) wrote: Excellent noir thriller, with decent performances from Ella Raines as the investigative secretary (something of an oddity having a woman star in a noir) and Franchot Tone. Several moments of great tension in a very stylish low budget picture.

Peter B (it) wrote: Visually engaging with some great ideas. Unfortunately the story lacks subtlety and moves at a snails pace, making this an example of style over substance. Still it's an intriguing debut from Brandon (son of David) Cronenburg and I'm curious to see what he does next.
