The modern movement in skiing is progressing more than ever, and it is hard to keep up with the stream. Field Productions has gathered skiers with all different backgrounds, but they all share the same vision about skiing. Yes, skiing is about taking risks to invent new tricks and styles, but most importantly to have fun. ”Eyes Wide Open dvd” gives you both. The movie includes top notch skiing in deep powder, big mountains, city streets and terrain parks featuring many of the most talented athletes out there. Look out for many unseen rail combos by Tom Wallisch and Even Sigstad, bottomless powder at Mica Heli with Åsmund Thorsen and Eric Hjorleifson, epic park heli shoots on the most beatiful places in Norway, JT Holmes and Eirk Finseth charging Lake Tahoe, Norwegian invasion in Montafon Austria, Jon Olsson shows why he is the best park kickers, and much more. Some parts of the movie is filmed with the RED One camera, which gives ski movies a whole new meaning.

The only thing I dislike is the story plot of this movie otherwise this would have been a 5 stars movie, Chris Tucker is at his usually being funny and brings humor to everything.
Joshua S (fr) wrote: uwe boll is slowly taking shape as a director and producer of movies. it seems that he has found in recent years a genre of film that makes him passionate and work harder to make a better film. if i had to say a few things about the movie they would be, its a controversial film once you get passed the blood and gor and listen to what is being mentioned you will understand that the message of the film is true. this movie is and easy 9.5 out of 10 in my opinion. can't wait to see how uwe boll finishes the trilogy he has started.
Michael M (ru) wrote: Top notch cast, tons of atmosphere and some terrific cinematography - but a plot that fails to make much sense. Collette, Redmayne and ensemble attempt to make us care about the characters but the script accomplishes the opposite.

David F (gb) wrote: This is a great movie about old age, Nebraska, retirement, longing, disappointment and the meaning of life. I loved how Payne tied the retired insurance executive Warren Schmidt's fate in with the pioneers and the whole history of Nebraska there at the end. The movie was fantastic up to then but that scene (in Kearney, Nebraska) just put it over the top in a very satisfying way.

Austin D (kr) wrote: One of my favorite Bond films, and the first to feature Roger Moore. This movie may feature a little more lighter touches to the films, but it still delivers a wonderful story, with a great villain, who uses his daughter to see the future for him. This film is ten times better than one of the worst entries in the Bond films Diamonds Are Forever.Sheriff J.W Pepper is in this movie, and Man With the Golden Gun. He is probably the one thing that was bad about this movie. And Paul McCartney did the title song which is one of the best songs from the Bond films.

Derek F (fr) wrote: Connery is noticeably older, tired, out of shape and sleepwalks through the role. The movie does well in gadgets, henchmen (Wint and Kidd) locales and sound, but suffers from a weak plot, the weakest female lead in the series thus far. Camp isn't bad but this film doesn't do it particularly well and Connery doesn't ride with it as well as Roger Moore soon would.
