Family Nest

The breakdown of the relationship of a couple by living in a flat of the husband's parents.

Családi tüzfészek (aka Family Nest) is an intimate portrayal of a family slowly disintegrating under various pressures in late 1970s communist Hungary. The plot of the film is deceptively simple, with the occasional momentous event--including one that's relatively shocking, but plot in a conventional sense is not the focus here. . Bill R (ru) wrote: This is a prime example of how CGI and wire work can ruin a movie that originated from basic martial arts. The director just ruined his own potential series by trying 3D effects so much it made the movie fake and unreal. The first movie was great and I can still be in awe with the shot they did up through the floors in one shot, but this has none of the charm, martial arts or story that originated from the first. definitely worth skipping

Cheryl L (ca) wrote: Movie was quite slow at the start but became better as it progressed. Really well acted, as this was based on a true storyline and really a very sensitive subject. I wouldn't want to watch this movie again, it made me feel quite sick at the end.

Jessica L (nl) wrote: I was expecting more Lorax! Have it's moment of cuteness but mainly tells the mistake of a greedy, materialistic human being and how he is looking for redemption. Not very comical or memorable.
