Isadore H (br) wrote: Not much of a plot, Kurt Russel was pretty great as a homicidal stuntman though. The only character I really wanted to see die was the annoying Australian woman, and she lived, so I was disappointed with that. Death Proof really seems to jump to two different stories that have nothing much in common except one character. But it is halfway decent, but not that good of a film when you consider some of Tarantino's other work.

Joey G (de) wrote: It's a very good Classic film Pixar decided to release in 2001. The Artwork in the film is great, and the characters are Funny, Heartwarming and cheerfully fun. The animation is CGI with the script unforgettable starring the friendly monsters Mike and Sully in charge of the lost toddler, Boo.

Katie R (ru) wrote: Believe me, I am not one for sappy, Jesus-y films, but Simon Birch was more relatable than any other movie with a "message". It was funny, perverse, and yes, a bit mushy (I somewhat blame Jim Carrey's narration for that). It contained real-life problems like not knowing a parent, growing up and puberty, loss of a loved one, not fitting in, etc. I would recommend this movie to anyone who has a sense of loss or just wants to see a feel good movie.

Ryan R (fr) wrote: The movie begins with what might be the worst opening credits I have ever seen. I mean they are absolutely hideous. The film is too long for such a simple plot, the ending is easily predictable, and all of the bit parts are total amateur. Jon Voight ventures from the norm to play an over the top kooky degenerate gambler who gets into a world of trouble. He is actually pretty entertaining, as his character is affable and laughing all the time. I rate this movie 48/100 Review # 8

Paolo P (fr) wrote: Quite simply, this a gift from Blier - an extraordinary filmmaker. And to witness the dawning of mammoth French screen stars - including a stunning Depardieu, the beauty of Miou-Miou and the great Huppert (joined a decade later in "Entre Nous") and...and...the legendary, incandescent JEANNE MOREAU is just miraculous. And throughout, underscored with the genius of Stphane Grappelli's music!

David B (kr) wrote: Heavy going comedy from Martin and Lewis. Lewis is so overrated and noisy that his schtick becomes annoying. More interesting is the array of female talent on show. This was one of Shirley Maclaine's first films and the very beautiful and talented Dorothy Malone appears. Big breasts abound in the form of Anita Ekberg and Eva Gabor. Shot in Vistavision and Technicolor looks fabulous. Poor effort unless you love Dean and Jerry.

Grace Y (br) wrote: One very charming classic movie everyone who has HEART must see it...(Unless you have no human compassion at all - of couse!)If you think "The Bicycle theft" is this director's greatest, then try this one, too. This movie is full of fantasy, magic and comedy moments, but it also shows you the different options you could choose from - to be the kind of person you would like to act with the other people...Unfortunately, you could only find this movie with VHS version (no DVD,) but you could download it from torrent sites if you keep search for it.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Tara H (de) wrote: The sudden death of Heath Ledger reminded me of Brokeback Mountain. Though it flags at times, overall it's a brave and moving love story/western. Evokes the era and social attitudes very well, and the intense performances by Jake Gyllenhaal and especially ledger have assured them both of a place in movie history.

Daniel C (ag) wrote: Though most of the screen time is filled with cold-blooded dinosaurs, this movie is really a heartwarming tale of old birds. Nonetheless, the action thrills and raptor-suspense is incredibly entertaining.

Kyle M (it) wrote: Not the least since it'd harmlessly went for the same structure in important plot points of the storyline while adding some explored developments to still go for the same heart and charm as the previous entries. (B+)(Full review coming soon - with better wording probably)

Thomas K (ru) wrote: The reviews were mediocre but it's a Joe Dante film, which means you should see it anyhow and make up your own mind.
