Also, due to the fact that we know Anakin will turn to the dark side of the force anyway, how can we accept him as a hero? The narrative is kind of pointless (especially against a soppy unconvincing love story) and only serves to bridge the gap to the final act in the Anakin saga. Or was it simply a case of too much greenscreen for the actors to perform against? The movie is also painstakingly long and demands more attention than it deserves. Then with the release of the quite solid 'Revenge of the Sith', I saw this one for what it was- a turgid, inter-galactic snoozefest with wooden performances, soap opera dialogue, and effects that were too ambitious for the realism they meant to acheive. I championed this second Star Wars prequel on its release because it 'seemed' more in spirit with the classic trilogy than the disappointing 'Episode 1' which, I felt was basically a kids movie sans heart

However, only watch it if you're ready for it's length and knowing that it is really a silly movie. Albeit far too serious than it's inspiration, Ace Attorney is the greatest video game movie ever made

I counted 3 separate and distinct categories of "demons", depending on the character's perspective. But between these two forces lies a darkness which poses for us a problem of knowing the difference between good and evil. Who are the demons in this film? And are they all the same? There is perhaps an allegory of pre-revolution Russian Orthodoxy battling for our heart and minds from post-revolutionary rational self-interest. . A Tarkovskian paradox: when watching the film, how you identify demons will give you some insight into how an antagonist is a matter of perspective, telling us more about who we are than what the movie tells us

I don(TM)t care that the critics did not care for this film - it is one of the best of it(TM)s genre and should not be overlooked. The film uses expert cinematography, particularly with the use of shadows throughout the film. The story is enchanting as the guilt shifts from person to person, until the least-expecting ending comes to light. She is paired with Victor Mature (who has a perfect face for film noir) and Carole Landis (whose performance convinces me that her suicide was a tragic loss to the acting community). Her spunky attitude and big eyes will capture your heart and have you in a trance from start to finish. I think that I may have fallen in love with Betty Grable a bit while watching this film. It is perfectly cast as the trio of leads offer wonderful chemistry. I am dumbfounded by this film(TM)s failure at the box-office. This is definitely in my Top 5 for Film Noir both for its unpredictable story and breathtaking acting. I Wake Up Screaming? is simply amazing
