Norris with a beard and a really bad actor as his partner must travel the globe looking for a murderer who so happens to be a demon trying to reserect the devil (you know he's a demon as he has weird reptile eyes and speaks in a weird pitched voice). Thats all and good but sod all happens! who on earth watches a norris flick to see him do nothing apart from the odd kick here and there???
