Leslie W (mx) wrote: Every once in awhile there is a film that makes you feel good about life...about the fact that there is a basic goodness in man, and that age, gender, and race can all be transcended when there is love. This is a file that does all that.

Ryan L (de) wrote: I didnt want to like this movie because I hate the idea of children getting hurt by sickos. But then what the parents do to seek revenge made it that much sweeter. And then the plot twist happened -sighs-

Sid S (br) wrote: The three different perspectives on death is interesting.. but the storyline is weak.

Carolyn C (mx) wrote: I adore Gael Garcia Bernal and as always I wasn't disappointed. This is a really good psychological thriller which had me guessing all the way through. What initially looks like a typical urban love story, soon begins to unravel as many unpredictable and dark twists occur.

Private U (jp) wrote: mind-blowing visuals accompanied with the extraordinary melodies of philip glass. yet, first two episodes of the trilogy were better.

Clarah G (fr) wrote: Funny and cute plot, not too good, but some times this movie can be good. Luke Wilson is LOVE! <3

Richard D (jp) wrote: In many ways, this is a great sequel. It's a non-arbitrary continuation of the story of the first film, and it doesn't cut back on the visceral violence and gore of the first film. If anything, this is a nastier film. It is inferior though. It does tend to take everything that was interesting and edgy about that film and flatten it out somewhat. The strange moral ambiguity of the Cenobites is replaced by a straightforward conception that has them as denizens of Hell, and hence, simply evil. The intimate and very personal violence and betrayal of the first film is replaced by clearly bad people doing bad things to innocent people. It's good ... far better than we'd have any right to expect it to be ... but it's not great.
