Matt B (jp) wrote: It's better than the first movie and has some occasionally fun action scenes, but it's just not for me. For every other action fan who loves Stallone, Willis, Schwarzenegger, etc., I'm certain you'll enjoy The Expendables 2.

Johnny L (ru) wrote: A bit nonsensical. Yugioh fans will get a kick out of hearing Dan Green in this movie.

Sierra W (es) wrote: the movie was funny and an honest embarrassment for all of the people who believed in Marjoe, but I didn't feel like I learned much from the film. however, I now trust megapreachers as and preachers of even decent size churches less (not that I trusted them that much anyway), knowing how easily devotion can be faked.

The playboy has no ambitions towards the wife and has actually fallen in love with the detective's much younger daughter. The daughter initially has no desire to receive the playboy's advances; but over time, she may come to appreciate them. The detective will have to sort out this love triangle and decide what he makes of it."We don't want little boys, in short pants, involved in situations like this."Billy Wilder, director of Sabrina; Some Like It Hot; The Apartment; Sunset Blvd; Double Indemnity; Kiss Me, Stupid; Stalag 17; Witness for the Prosecution; and A Foreign Affair delivers Love in the Afternoon. The storyline for this picture is fairly light, funny, and fun to watch unfold. The dialogue is very good and the acting is wonderful. The cast includes Audrey Hepburn, Gary Cooper, Maurice Chevalier, John McGiver, and Van Doude."Eighty percent of women who sleep on their stomach are secretly in love."I DVR'd this picture off Turner Classic Movies (TCM) because it was a rare Audrey Hepburn movie I had never seen. This isn't one of her better films, as she definitely has some all time classics, but this is fun, light hearted, and an interesting story to watch unfold. Overall, this is definitely a worthwhile classic film that isn't one of Hepburn's top 3 pictures but still worth a viewing."I have decided that you're not the type of man I'd like to see again."Grade: B-/B

Jarrin R (ca) wrote: This was a pretty good movie after I actually got the whole way through it. It takes apart suburbia in a way that most films don't, actually defining deep and complex characters. Most of the cast is pretty spot on, there is a certain subtle humor to the film that can be appreciated.

Richard B (br) wrote: I really don't understand the reviews on this. It's been shat upon from a great height but honestly I really enjoyed it as a more modern take on Dracula, okay yes admittedly it's not like the original Dracula but did you ever stop to think it wasn't trying to be like it, Rate it what it is not what you were expecting
