Lee M (de) wrote: Plummer is marvelous, flitting between reminiscence and Shakespearean recitation as a gifted artist aware of his own wretchedness.

Denise P (ca) wrote: Elevated by shoutout performances by Evan Rachel Wood, Holly Hunter and Nikki Reed, Thirteen is an authentically terrifying, emotionally visceral look into the inner world of teenage rebellion that uses its gorgeously gloomy cinematography to capture the mood of the thoroughly absorbing -- not to mention deeply depressing -- coming-of-age drama.

Gianloreno L (it) wrote: Mi aspettavo un action-movie molto tarantiniano.

Margarita S (ru) wrote: This is the final installment in Rossellini??s War Trilogy. Unlike his first two films, this one takes place in Germany. It is perhaps the bleakest of the three both in terms of story, as well as theme. The panoramic shots of a devastated Berlin are undeniably disturbing. Rossellini does an incredible job making his viewers uncomfortable with the dark abyss that was post-war Germany and the bitterness and fear that comes with an uncertain future.
