Lauren B (fr) wrote: This is an okay movie. It's good in a sad way. Georgie Henley did a nice job acting however, Abigail Breslin's performance I didn't think was anything to write to mom about. It's good enough to watch at least once.

Ulises E (au) wrote: Sad but a hell of a movie

Michael P (kr) wrote: A dark and chilling movie to watch. Some of the scenes are so surreal it's like watching a dream. This movie will haunt you in many ways.

Josh S (us) wrote: Pointless and boring. A talented cast does not make a good movie.

Mike W (gb) wrote: Clint Eastwood is excellent in this prison movie!

Liam D (br) wrote: A fairly strong entry in the A&C catalogue, but not their best. They're definitely starting to show their age a bit at this point and much of the humour here seems rewarmed. Still, it's far from the worst of their films and is worth a few laughs. The hamburger/medallion scene is particularly funny. :o)

Ryan B (ca) wrote: I lasted ten minutes into this film. I think the script has been written by a child, bit probably was Adam Sandler. It certainly has the feel of a school production, with the actors delivering the dialogue in a stilted and awkward manner. With literally nothing of note happening that was either funny or engaging the audience in the first three scenes, I switched off.

John R (us) wrote: Despite the bad reviews I found myself gripped by this worth a watch definitely.

Brad S (ca) wrote: Considered to be one of the biggest bombs ever, I found the film fun to watch like "Plan 9 from Outer Space", it is so bad it's entertaining. i have certainly seen far worse. I enjoyed Tim Robbins and Lea Thomson, and it's worth a watch if in the right mood. it's definitely very 80's, but cheesy fun.
