Jamie B (br) wrote: Pleasantly surprised by this film... it wasn't overly ambitious in what it attempts to cover, but gives a short, sweet glimpse into the insecurities and struggles faced by one of the biggest film icons of all time.

James F (es) wrote: This film is average, the critics have got their reviews wrong, I have seen much better Clint Eastwood films. It's a very predictable American military set up, which is very full of itself. I think this is probably just an old show of what films used to make us tick, but we have evolved and moved on to much more believable scenarios.

Augustine H (nl) wrote: Featuring original songs from the legendary opera Carmen, Carmen Jones is an avant-garde, exotic and daring production for its African-American cast back to the 1950s. Dorothy Dandridge is excellently cast as Carmen Jones, who delivers a brave and exhilarating performance. However, the film starts to lose its interests after the introduction of Husky Miller, who fails to address the tragic fate of Carmen in the original opera. This film could have been a masterful adaptation if this flaw has been corrected.

Gabe S (us) wrote: Best of the series. Fourth-wall silliness, talking camels, what else do you want?

Chris A (au) wrote: This move proves people are stupid enough to view any movie based on marketing. One of my friends bought this film and made me watch 1 and 4. I have lost all respect for this friend's options on movies and anything in general.

HP K (us) wrote: Cannibal holocaust meets Blair witch. I bet the team just drank the budget, rented two video cameras and shot the thing 5 minutes from the beach. Why they videotape conversations ect. isn`t explained, thus making everything seem contrived.
