Leon B (kr) wrote: Review:This is quite a poorly made film about Travolta trying to take revenge after being shot by DeNiro in the Serbian war. The thing that I didn't like about the film was that, one minute DeNiro is hostage and then the next minute Travolta is hostage, which gets a bit ridiculous after a while. The other thing is Travolta appalling attempt of a Serbian accent. Anyway, the director really lost the chance to make a decent movie with these 2 veteran actors. You can tell that there both not giving there all and the Rambo style concept in the woods really didn't work. The movie really did show that both characters couldn't have been that good at kidnapping because they kept on getting away from each other. Anyway, I did have high hopes for the movie because both actors have made some all time classics, but this movie won't go down as one of them.Round-Up:What is going on with Travoltas beard and accent in this movie? Anyway, Travolta hasn't made a decent movie for some time and after seeing his future projects, like the Gummie Bear Movie, I can't see him coming out with anything that good soon. It's a shame, because the man can really act, but he just isn't getting the right movies. He's even starting to pop up in TV series, which is never good for an actors career. As for Robert DeNiro, he just seems to be addicted to working. He seems to be starring in some weird movies like Crossfire and Killer Elite, but he will always be taken seriously in Hollywood. As for both of the stars in this movie, I think that they should just call it a bad day at the office because the takings were appalling and personally, the movie isn't one that I will remember.Budget: N/AWorldwide Gross: $40,000 (Terrible!)I recommend this movie to people who are into there revenge action thrillers about a Serbian war veteran, seeking revenge. 3/10

Gavin P (gb) wrote: Boring. Virtually no sex scenes, since it's "after", but not much else either! Has some actresses who are now pretty famous in it - & I do love Mila Kunis - but each couple only has about 10 minutes of screen time, so nothing much happens. Calling it a "lively relationship comedy" is a huge stretch - nothing's really funny and there's no story either, just a heap of short films.

Rhys G (es) wrote: Between Kissed and this film, Molly Parker has a lock on the title of most perverted roles played by a Canadian actress. But here one has to get lost in the story before discovering what that perversion is. The story of the battle between the sister is trite, but the real treat is the interplay between Parker and Ellen Page (A couple of years before her American debut). Dramatic gold, but overshadowed by the family dynamic.

Bryan C (fr) wrote: The only interesting thing in this movie is how Jane and Tarzan have to find an infant in the jungle rather than make one of their own, as if the idea that a non-church sanctioned marriage between a civilized woman and a beast-man of the jungle was too risque for bearing children. At least they make a good story out of it. Once again British people traipse into the jungle to find Tarzan, and once again they get greedy for ivory. The repetition is tiresome when you watch the movies back to back. They're still recycling action footage from the first film (and that footage was probably recycled from earlier silent films). Tarzan is the perfect example of what a disservice censorship did to Hollywood.

Dylan D (au) wrote: I Am Ali plays with an easy, effortless flow that overcomes Ali's absence through a classic narrative structure that's supported by plenty of interviews with family, friends, and rivals that help profile the man who lived outside of the ring and who, from humble roots in Louisville, Kentucky, became one of the most influential figures of the 20th century and arguably the most iconic athlete of all time. Clare Lewins' Documentary may not expose much in terms of new, revelatory content, but the heart and soul of the man and the love flowing from those who speak on his behalf help make this a winning production.
