Shaman H (kr) wrote: Nicely executed thriller. John Cusack, manages to deliver a haunting performance, counterbalanced by Robert Dinero's sly deceitful portrayal of his employer.

Vasco M (fr) wrote: 'Someone Marry Barry' makes use of an extremely overused but undying formula and mixes in as much inappropriate and politically incorrect content as they can manage to service the story and the main protagonist, Barry. Viewers can expect the conflict-conflict-fallout-reconciliation story with some pretty extreme humour and occasionally funny gags.

Vaibhav W (es) wrote: One of those non-gangster, quirky, full-of-himself Kitano film, this one somehow manages to rise above mediocrity because of the decent storyline about an obsessed painter going to the extreme for his art.

Toni N (de) wrote: Although it has a patchy storyline and some off performances from supporting characters, the chemistry between the leads is undeniable and it is a mildly enjoyable flick.

Colby H (mx) wrote: (sigh)Where do I even begin?Back in 1993, people were excited to see if the Super Mario Bros would stay true to its source material. (1985 NES video game) Much to everyone's disappointment, it wasn't close at all. In a matter of fact, I'm not even going to explain the plot. It is too complex compared to the video game. The game was about an Italian plummer who must save princess peach from Bowser. (aka King Koopa) In the feature length film, it goes in depth in why he kidnapped her and how they got to this land with mushrooms, enemies ext. The actual film-making is almost even worse. It's jam-packed with horrible acting, terrible CGI, choppy editing, and an over-developed story. Also, please tell me why King Koopa is Dennis Hopper. Tell me why he is a germophobic business man with a flame-thrower, and last but not least, why was this movie made? This film destroyed peoples childhoods and much, much more.Over all the movie sucked 0 stars out of 5

Jason J (fr) wrote: Excellent end of the world movie as the Earth is on a collison course with another planet. Brilliant storyline and great special effects for it's time.

Mike F (nl) wrote: Another one of those movies I know and love that no one else ever heard of starring big name Hollywood stars.

Leonard D (us) wrote: This was good, but only slightly better than the disaster which was Hercules.

Hong Liang N (gb) wrote: The special effects and everything else would be so cool if they put them at the "right place". It seems that several things are out of place. I seldom fall asleep halfway through a movie, but sorry to say that I did on this. Things are not as tight as I imagine it would be after I watched the trailer. Hope to see some improvements in the future. By the way, I don't think a large sum to be spent is equivalent to a great movie.
