Matt G (es) wrote: what a treat, after 34 years on the small screen tackiling more than post, pat clifton finnaly reaches the BIG screen as with a beutifull song sang by Rowan Keating pat gets into the finals of a parody of X Factor with a parody of Simon Cowell, but whilst he is away the SPD uprades badly robot style. this is a true masterpiece for all the family to enjoy just like their childhood.

Kitty C (jp) wrote: Cute but could have been better but I did like that forgiveness was a part of the movie.

Garrett C (kr) wrote: It's a more intelligent modern comedy flick centering around a popular fad than one would expect, but the film meanders in its point more often than it should. Who decided to throw in a commercial break for Bill Murray?

Kevin L (kr) wrote: I'm willing to let some of the sloppiness slide because this film asks big questions. The editing and visuals kept me engaged. I didn't feel the length of the movie and was thinking all throughout. Definitely a thinking movie.

Denny O (fr) wrote: Great film with a power performance by Liam Neeson.

James H (ag) wrote: 63/100. This is a cute family film, not really aimed at the real young set though. Adults should be entertained. A man is killed and is reincarnated as a dog names Fluke. I know, it sounds familiar, but it's well handled and the digs are awesome. It makes good comic use of the situation. Light and enjoyable.

Nick M (us) wrote: An in depth look at the strenuous production process that inevitably brought Werner Herzog's 'Fitzcarraldo' to the screen. Years of struggle and tension amongst the South American natives threaten to derail the film at every turn. The fact that the movie was even finished at all qualifies as a cinematic miracle.

Joshua L (es) wrote: It's as deft a display of audience manipulation as any I've seen, and its success shows conclusively that the relationship between an extreme exploitation movie and its fans can be much more complicated than meets the unpracticed eye.

Lucas G (kr) wrote: Halfway to the end, Network falls in boringness.

Brian F (br) wrote: A creepy and atmospheric British horror film with wonderful work from Stephanie Beacham, Partrick Magee, Ian Ogilvy, Herbert Lom and, of course, the always brilliant Peter Cushing. This is not one of Amicus's best films, however, because it deviates from the very qualities that made the studio different from it's contemporary, Hammer: it is a period film, too much like your average Hammer film. Amicus worked best when it was spinning it's stories in the modern age. Still, this is a very good "family curse" horror tale with a great, thrilling finish.

Paul B (ag) wrote: Great mystery thriller for kids. A bit too adult at times with language and plot, but overall a good family movie. Loved the Sloth and the Godfather Shrew (or whatever he was). "Ice them."
