Andreia C (mx) wrote: The premise behind "The Purge" is quite interesting and different.Positives: "The Purge" and how it came to be.Negatives: The I do not care if this family dies because I don't know anything about them to make me care.

Ellena S (de) wrote: Didn't like the ending as u don't know if get bk to her son orif she died but guessing they leave you to hope that she does

Diego Martn (br) wrote: me gusto mucho, muy interesante, romantica. 9/10

Dawid N (ca) wrote: Absolutely amazing. The worlds greatest sushi chef. Still going at age 90. A masterclass in mastering your craft. Lots of lessons in this beautiful documentary too.

Anne G (fr) wrote: An excellent adaptation of Patrick White's novel.

Ivan D (us) wrote: Not bad, little fantasy, little drama, lots of action :)

Oliver K (es) wrote: Timothy Hutton from Nero Wolfe series has left me outstanding impression. This movie goes bit differently with slow love triangle and self-recognition. Works nicely. Not a heart-stopper, but definetely nice movie.

Krishna S (mx) wrote: Very few movies are really as sensitive and haunting as this one. The one song in this move ("Le Chale") is wonderful and capable of making almost anyone teary eyed. The performances are brilliant (especially Juhi Chawla, Sanjay Suri and Purab Kohli). The story could've been of almost any family who lost someone to AIDS in the 1980s-1990s when the taboo was so strong against it. An extremely well made film which is a must see for all. Caution: Carry tissue boxes.

Private U (de) wrote: Besides the "talking heads" an excellent documentary about the life of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a German Pastor/Theologian, who opposed the rise of the Nazis, helped Jews to escape Germany, and became involved in a conspiracy to assassinate Hitler.

Thiago A (mx) wrote: Extremamente trgico e comovente em seu terceiro ato. De partir o corao.

STCENTERPRISE (mx) wrote: Now this was a good movie.I like the mess ups the kids make. What makes this film successful is the role played by Leslie Nielsen. It has an emotional ending you are invested in.

Nathan M (ag) wrote: With a great sense of tone and style, director Brian DePalma masterfully crafts a story of conspiracy and paranoia with his 1981 film, Blow Out. DePalma shows his skill and grasp of editing and technique as he tells the story of a Philadelphia soundman who witnesses and records a murder. As we watch Travolta's character delve deeper into the mystery, DePalma reveals layer after layer of the character and the plot in a way that doesn't feel like exposition. This makes the mystery all the more compelling. With fantastic performances and a great cast of supporting characters, including a wonderful villain portrayed by the always foreboding John Lithgow, Blow Out is a classic thriller that will keep your pulse pounding and your mind racing.

Cassandra M (kr) wrote: I took the message of self determination and exploiting the exploitative system to take skills and knowledge back to ones own community. Inspiring. Using counter terrorism tactics to teach the street gangs guerrilla warfare is just an example of this but it's handled well in the movie. I like that they don't throw in a tacky ending but leave it out there. The scenes with Dan training in the CIA are confusing at first because you don't quite know where the movie is going and it did seem a little too easy for him to convince a street gang to follow him into urban revolution but that aside the sub plots like the friend who turns him in and the middle class black woman of his being scared by the revolutionary blacks make for a brilliant film.

Alec B (ag) wrote: A lot of the film is standard wartime propaganda stuff, however Coward's screenplay still manages to find moments of serious humanity in the central characters.

Antonio A (es) wrote: Best zombie flick...ever.

Lieven M (ca) wrote: Ode aan de verbeelding. Heel mooi.

Jon H (it) wrote: So bad it's good enough for two stars.

K B (ru) wrote: Character development was good. There are some funny/goofy parts of the plot, but it's mostly soul-searchingly dramatic. The ending was a cliffhanger, which was wrenching for those of us who like an ending handed to us. In the end, I laughed, I cried, I enjoyed it.
