"Warren Beatty gives his best performance of the year!" The directing and screenplay by Warren Beatty himself is really refreshing and on point. The cinematography is good. The score is great and enjoyable to listen to. Finally, the effects are good are as well. "I have to report that "Rules Don't Apply" is a modern classic movie.
