Instead, he hands the reigns over to David Flores, who has done such SciFi Channel classics as Boa vs. Python, SS Doomtrooper, and Lake Placid 2. Yeah, I give up.

James H (au) wrote: 3.5/10. Really stupid family film, very much aimed at the pre-teen crowd, adults will find it tedious and stupid. Very badly acted by several cast members, particularly Alana Stewart. She is dreadful. The "gorilla" has a very fake looking costume. Strictly for unintelligent children.

Jason V (jp) wrote: A good surprise!1 of the movies of my hero I never saw before 2 days ago.Talking of Richard Bradford of course.;) XDOr maybe more B.W.:)I didn't know anything about this film he made the year of my favorite of all the times, Die Hard, 1st of the name; but I thought it was average, like some of his 1st movies I saw.And no, it's really funny, interesting, original... From Blake Edwards, it'd've been surprising if it wasn't funny at all.I don't like the things of those times, the cars, clothes, styles... but, if I prefer westerns in other sets and a bit older times, it was interesting to see a real western mixed with a buddy movie and cop-comedy.Another movie happening in those times I loved although all is Changeling, of the great Eastwood.Lol at how the Oscars' ceremony was.:DAnd I didn't see coming the reference to Chaplin, through the character of Alfie Alperin. After you see that, you realize that Alfie Alperin sounds like Charlie Chaplin. But so, considering the dangerous psychopath he is, I couldn't see a parallel with the great Charlot, till he put a moustache looking like Charlie's one, and a big hat, and is introduced as the Hobo (the Tramp being Chaplin's main character as you know) and make a short sketch with some funny moves and stunts in the Chaplin's style.
James H (nl) wrote: Lame 1980?s crap, not very original and certainly there is nothing special about it. The acting is fair, it?s not as funny as it intended it to be. Very ordinary and uninspiring. Notable though for Kathy Bates in an early appearance.
Christopher H (fr) wrote: This movie has its heart in the right place and I agree in tis political message but as a movie it is mediocre, over acting, bad acting and clichs made the movie barely watchable.
Trey L (fr) wrote: Honestly, I'm being generous giving it one whole star. However, if you have not seen it, I have to insist that you do whatever it takes to get your hands on a copy. Just look at that title.
