Skuffende ////////////////A young boy is kidnapped and held prisoned by a gang of wannabe gangsters. Not a smart move, when it turn out that the kid is a little devil, literally - or demon if you will. One by one the kidnappers ends up dead, and the film looks more and more like some Omen / Damien rip off - really predictable in spite of a slight twist at the end. Some cool scenes - like the one on the icy lake , and scary dogs are always good. All in all, this is very average, and none of the caracters are very interesting.
Joshua T (kr) wrote: Even though this film is incredibly silly and idiotic when you think about it, I actually find it entertaining because of that. I actually watched this film quite a few times when I was younger. I haven't seen it in years, but considering the appeal it had on me, I'm going to admit, I kinda like it! It's so bad it's good.

Sean D (es) wrote: It wasn't bad. The entire film is a monster war. It's pretty good. Very slow beginning. Later it gets good. Some overacting, thus seems to be a trend with films from this company. Still much more recent than a lot of their other films.
Zack B (fr) wrote: I was actually enraptured at the beginning, much to my surprise considering I remembered the reputation of this film being a great disappointment when it came out. However, that is not to say I felt it was a good movie necessarily. Just that there was beautiful cinematography by Mihai Malaimaire, jr., who did the gorgeous cinematography for The Master, and that the story itself intrigued me. But, as the film went on, it seemed to tangle up in it's own desire to be complex and full of depth. It is a failure of a film, but a beautiful failure nonetheless.
