Tommy D (us) wrote: I'm a big fan of both Wahlberg (when he portrays serious characters) and Phoenix (pretty much always), and I was very excited to see them as two brothers that don't see much eye to eye.I don't see this movie as full of clich and poorly written as most people do. On the contrary, I felt truly hooked up throughout the entire film.Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Wahlberg didn't disappoint me at all.In addition, I have to say that Eva Mendes and Robert Duvall surprised me as much as the two protagonists.

Thomas B (de) wrote: The plot is completely bonkers and despite Angelina Jolie's performance, this film never really catches fire. Full review later.

Paul M (nl) wrote: How can anyone not love this movie? It is as sweet-natured a film as you will ever see.

Mark R (ru) wrote: the need for socially conscious people in all places around the world is still needed. Romero is a hero.

Tim S (mx) wrote: Terrible film but there is some great acting in it.

Jen L (de) wrote: Adam Sandler never disappoints when looking for a light hearted Saturday afternoon comedy.

Laura M (ru) wrote: Maybe more like a 2.75. It was interesting and a bi unique for the genre. Not sure if the fact some bits seemed legit terrifying is a good thing or not. I think I might have pushed my limits with this one.
