Rohan T (mx) wrote: One of those rare gems in Indian cinema which won't be appreciated as much as mass favorites would be. Finding Fanny is cruel, brutal and a disbelief for many which is why it works as an extreme dark and twisted comedy throughout. Very much entertaining thanks to the veteran cast of Shah, Kapur and Kapadia.Arjun and Deepika delight in moments but they seem to be more of a supporting cast. Overall, the film works and is quite a riot to believe.Homi Adajania delivers yet again !! Must Watch!!

Amanda G (es) wrote: My sister keep going on and on about how great this movie was but although I didn't think it was bad, in my option it only deserves a 3 star rating. There were so many hole in the story's general concept that made it hard to believe not to mention some of the concepts like "twinness" that just made it down right cheesey.

Steve W (au) wrote: This is a very interesting mix of four different narrative styles and animation. There's the artwork taken from the Ramayan, the flash animation musical parts with Annette Hanshaw, the shadow puppet narrators, and the crudely animated modern story between Nina and her husband Jon.I found the artwork that mirrors the Ramayan hilarious, as some of the humour really hits its mark. I found the musical sequences to be kind of tiresome, as well as the modern animated story that parallels the Ramayan. It is a very ambitious film from one filmmaker, but sometimes the elements don't gel well together. I did enjoy the battle scene and some of the animation, so there's that.

Francisco R (us) wrote: Amazing movie, better then I excpected, wonderful cast and wonderful story. By the beginning of the movie, I thout all the main characters were very stupid, special Bening's character, but after I while, all the characters get better and happier. This movie has a message and it's very recommended, the end it's sad but very good, very recommended.

Evan D (es) wrote: a bit silly (not always in a good way) and over the top, this horror-comedy rises above other camp-fests due in part to a wonderful Price and entertaining acts of Shakespearean deaths. the last good performance from Price in a lead role.

Brandon W (gb) wrote: From any Happy Madison movie, I always expect them to not be good, that is until there was a pleasant surprise from Kevin James's Here Comes the Boom that turn out to be a good time to watch. The plot is a little ridiculous, but somehow it actually kind of works, although there were moments that were just there to keep the movie going. Kevin James is pretty good at being a careless character at first because it usually can go into mean-spirited territory, but he never came by across that. There are a lot of good jokes, but there are some that are a misfire, but never groan-inducing worthy. The chemistry between Kevin James and Salma Hayek is decent at best, but you can tell where it's going to go, and it's a bit underdeveloped. Henry Winkler is very good which makes me very glad that the cast actually act like regular people, and not just jerks like from Adam Sandler films these days. The fight scenes are pretty entertaining to watch, some even really funny, which from a main character who's very likable, you just want to root for him to get what he needs to accomplish. It's got some genuine heartfelt moments, and does try its best to send kid viewers to the right route with a good message, even if Here Comes the Boom is a little ridiculous to comprehend for adults.
