David R (ag) wrote: Kind of stupid looking but I'll give it a try

Paul D (kr) wrote: The production is not too bad, and it attracts a decent enough British cast, but the story is certainly for the very young.

Vern H (ca) wrote: A well made/edited film with great performances that starts off a little rocky, but makes up for it with it's intriguing second half.

Fascade F (es) wrote: A little bit slooooow in the beginning of this rather interesting centuries old leaving home adolescent to "proof of manhood" phase that this particular teenager Yuda (Iko Uwais) has went through. What an incredible transformation he has went through in such a short time. His highest point of proof came when he has to go out of his way to prevent a trafficker from permanently turning Astri (Sisca Jessica) into a captive. In order to make that happen he had to rely and apply his intense knowledge of the martial art form of silat. The intensity of what he know when unleashed captivates your imagination as well as your interest as the movie reveals. See this it is surprisingly intense!

Jim T (fr) wrote: As you'd expect from the subject matter, this was a bit of a slog at times, but rewarding if you give it the time

Ryan S (ag) wrote: There was nothing terribly original. A husband and wife buy a haunted house without knowing it and the wife just HAPPENS to be addicted to pills which makes her - of course - totally less than believable about what she is seeing. Been there, done that. What makes the movie a lot more interesting is that you don`t see a lot of the twists and turns coming.

Tammy T (us) wrote: Okay-it's a been there seen it kind of movie. Not bad, though

Steven H (au) wrote: one of the most offensive films i've ever seen. it makes cannibal holocaust look like a barney episode; it make pink flamingos look like prudish in comparison. unbelievably shocking, as is all true art. this is the end-all be-all for steampunk, an epic on par with the works of darger, a life-affirming masterpiece for the ages.

Nikki J (gb) wrote: Powerful, shocking...I almost don't know how to explain my feelings from this movie. Huge empathy for all involved and wondering why more isn't being done to help these children. Something all should see to make us more aware of the world beyond our front doors.

Lee M (gb) wrote: An ensemble of sterling performances highlights The Lonely Passion of Judith Hearne, an intelligent, carefully crafted adaptation of Brian Moore's novel.

Dave S (it) wrote: Excellent. I really won't reveal a thing about the plot, but this is a truly skillful conman/caper movie, which should be ranked right alongside "Charade" but is somehow sort of forgotten. It uses just the right amount of self-awareness in just the right ways, consistently tweaking expectations without feeling like a cheat. It begins kind of slowly, but the first big reveal is a brilliant one and it stays satisfying from there on out.

Drew D (us) wrote: This film fits its name. Roughest anal sex scene known to man.

Greg W (mx) wrote: good stuff the fruit of Disney's visit to south America.

Gillian M (it) wrote: It was ok.. had it's moments but a lot of the film just made me cringe. I felt the director went out of his way to make it overly smutty, it all felt a bit forced. but like I said it was ok.

Dylan F (ru) wrote: Nice little movie. Shia LaBeouf is the show stealer
