Screen royalty Burt Lancaster ist His Majesty O'Keefe in this last of three adventures that (along with The Flame and the Arrow and The Crimson Pirate) blew a revitalizing wind into the sails of the swashbucker genre. Action, cunning and derring-do are watchwords of the title seafarer as he befriends, defends and ultimately rules the islanders of exotic Yap. Nicola W (au) wrote: Not as good as the 1st film. Very predictable and the story was quite weak.

Paul S (fr) wrote: I'm not sure what Procul Harum have got to do with this (see movie info), however it's a great play wonderfully filmed and an acting masterclass especially by Stephen Rea. This is a truncated version of Michael Frayn's play, much of it filmed on location in and around Niels Bohr's old house in Copenhagen, which helps to create a haunting and authentic atmosphere. It's powerful stuff, it's beautifully directed and by the end of it (believe it or not), you'll actually have learned a little about quantum physics and the uncertainty principal.

Indu R (gb) wrote: I thought this movie was a good drama. The cast was good and the plot was good being based on a true story. The movie truly depicts the violent outbursts of Antwone Fisher and is very dramatic in showing how the search for his family changes his life.
