The stooges are taking care of their invalid friend Mary who is confined to wheelchair. What they don't is that Mary is only faking her disability to swindle the insurance company. When the boys witness a hypnotist, "The Great Svengarlic", doing his act on the street, they think he might be able to hypnotize Mary so she can walk. Instead, they become subjects for his show and are hypnotized into walking out on a flagpole high above the ground. When they come out of their trance and realize their predicament, they fall into a window, startling Mary, who jumps from her wheelchair just as the insurance adjuster is about to hand her a check.

Everything about it seemed to add to the mood especially the Salt House. I was caught off guard by the ending and was happy because I hate predictability. I'd recommend this movie to anyone who wants to watch a good movie.

He then finds a master and trains hard. He then has an epic showdown. A lot of films have this formula. This one though has some basis in history. After all, this movie is based on Mas Oyama, the founder of Kyokushin Karate. The things I liked about this movie are the visuals of the country side and the martial arts fighting. It isn't so overdone and over the top as you see in Chinese films. There is even a little love story. As with Fist of Legend, the Japanese are portrayed as evil monsters of humans. That is understandable as this is a Korean film and what a lot of folks don't know is that Kyokushin Karate was not truly a Japanese martial art. If you like this movie and want to see another more goofy and campy version, check out Karate Bullfighter starring Sonny Chiba

(it) wrote: It was good, but if I didn't like Thomas Jane, there's no way I'd ever have picked this up. It's decent enough performances from the 3 gang members (Jane, Dexter Fletcher, & David O'Hara) but other than that, it's kind of ho-hum, things happen, and so forth. It's based on the real life of Andre Stander, a South African policeman who gets sick of things and starts robbing banks on his lunchhour. It grows from there. Fairly obvious, but as I liked the cameraderie amongst the 3, it was worthwhile for that. Not essential, but good if you like bank robber movies or Thomas Jane.

Hilarious, near-classic comedy about Scroogelike weatherman who finds himself literally living the same day over and over again. Consistently offbeat and satisfying, with a lot of big laughs and some very tender moments. One of those rare films that gets funnier with each viewing. Murray's best starring role to date. Ramis cowrote screenplay with Danny Rubin.
(ru) wrote: Just when you think the film can't get any more ridiculous, people rob an entire classroom with a fire extinguisher and a man in a straight jacket falls through quicksand in the middle of a golf course. B-moviedom at its finest.

No one in this movie would act worth shit, seriously some of the worst acting I've ever seen and the plot was stupid to the point of being offensive, at many times I actually laughed at how bad it was but after a while it was just hard to watch it was so bad and I just wanted it to be over. One of, if not the worst movie I've ever seen.
