Richard P (ru) wrote: Great movies, the characters are in fact relatable and it doesnt have the effect other DC animated movies have and that's keeping you engaged and interested. Constantine as ever is amazingly voiced by Matt Ryan.
Craig M (de) wrote: A bizarre retelling of "Peter Pan". Neverland is an amusement park where Peter and the Lost Boys hang out, hiding from the maintenance supervisor who dresses as a pirate during park hours. Tinkerbell is usually drunk or on "fairy dust" and becomes jealous when Peter brings Wendy back to the park. It doesn't really play out like "Peter Pan" but it's easy to see the similarities and they do quote from it. Definitely not for everyone. It is R-rated and very trippy. I was unsure about it a first. The filming style is very amateurish...too artsy at times with it's flashing colors and psychedelic look. Given that this is for a mature audience, the cast is older than what is thought of for "Peter Pan". The overt gay nature of Hook gave me some good laughs and his intentions towards the Lost Boys is apparent when he catches them and ties them up in a basement. I 'm sure that my rating is higher than what "normal" people would give it. For me, this was one of those movies that is so bad that it is kind of good...in a bizarre, twisted way. There's also the plus of seeing Wil Wheaton playing John Darling and being asked by Hook if he wants to play pirate.

Danny V (ca) wrote: While it was a rich cultural experience that showed some terrible rituals and biases towards women, I just felt that it was a revenge movie without much story.
Ted W (us) wrote: Great movie about a guy named Andrew and he got fired because he has aids and wants to sue his former bosses with his former lawyer competitor joe. Tom hanks and Denzel Washington make a good combo.
Jon C (br) wrote: its such a silly, silly mess laughable dialogue from the toys themselves and a hilarious story and this was the same early writer who would soon create Batman Begins haha they dont shy away from the level of violence though the movie jumps right into things the 1st couple of min I dont think it would have done well in theaters, just more of straight-to-televsion
