Laurel S (mx) wrote: A beauiful movie with a great message.

Ricky F (it) wrote: Very funny, very good movie. 3 1/2 stars. Sigourney Weaver steals the show.

Tristan D (us) wrote: It is clearly a powerful story and the ending feels very satisfying. The problem is that it feels far too repetative, doing the same things over and over again. The minimal musical score is an idea which could have been handled better as well. Once again it is a problem of repetition. Whenever the music does come up it is the same disheartening theme.

Tsubaki S (mx) wrote: Good performances and the proper direction for the material, but it's one of those films that feels more like an essay than an actual exploration of the subject. You're suppose to think a lot about what life means to you, and your memories and what not, but at the end you will not remember much about this film. Strong questions require strong statements, plain and simple.

Tero H (nl) wrote: Easy to follow, but somehow goes this way and that way, without reaching any standpoints until the end. Humor keeps this film going, along with three or four rather short kung fu -fights. Nice acting, too, this film features Jet Li, Rosamund Kwan and Donnie Yen. Somewhat of a kung fu comedy, this nice movie unfortunately doesn't quite get on the level of the first film in either action or drama, lacking dramatic elements - quite outstanding in a chinese film, actually, since I have found many to feature excess drama, even melodramatic elements. Any way, this is fine but could be a bit shorter and contain a couple of more fights in my opinion. Otherwise nothing to complain, its okay. I just wanted to see longer or more fights, since this Is a Kung Fu-film.
