Clannad, the TV series, is a prime example of this. (Sorta like Disney meets John Hughes.)"I wonder if anything will ever change... Will that day ever come?"Here is yet another TV series that I was fortunate enough to discover while going through an exhaustively stressful point in my life; especially since the backstory involves establishing and running a club at school."Soon, everything changes. Well, at least it does eventually. Fun things, happy things, they'll all eventually change some day, ya know."I have to admit that I can be an extremely callous individual at times, but it's art pieces like this that inspire me to be a more pleasant person (and seemingly others, due to its popularity)."Just go and find more. All you have to do is find other fun and happy things; it's not so hard."Additionally, the series has an awesome soundtrack; fitting for the message(s) it conveys (this seems to be a re-occurring theme in shows I enjoy)."It's NOT a STAR, it's a STARFISH!"So far, this series holds the record for making me cry more times than any other film or show; especially "After Story."-------------------------------------------------1, 2, 34, 56, 7,8, 910, 1112, 13, 1415, 1617, 1819, 2021, 2223, 2526, 27, 2829, 30243334, 3536, 3738, 394041, 42

It tries to be a lot of different movies at different times including the much better Requiem For A Dream. There's some hope for Franco as a director as well as an actor outside of the corny Spider-Man franchise.

Watched and actually got rather "creeped out" knowing this kinda s*** happens as far as our government is concerned. Became totally interested and actually had to look it up to see if it was real or not (I won't spoil it for you). Talked to the t.v. more than once, which is a good thing for me, shows interest. I would recommend this to any conspiracy theorists (or those who still think Elvis is retired on some island somewhere).

(ca) wrote: There's a lot of kinky fetish sex stuff in four long scenes, but the movie is so damn bleak. It's not easy to take but I have to commend the director for making the film ambivelent and not a button-pusher. It's more or less a picture of Tokyo as a lifeless wasteland.

(nl) wrote: Beneath is a hodgepodge of desperately random and uninteresting, tedious film tropes that makes this one of the worst sequels to any great classic movie. Beneath has hardly anything to do with the important themes of racism, animal cruelty and dehumanization back in the first film and only wants to tell such a more mind-blowing story either for its' own amusement or for money. This was just terrible, Beneath should be used as an example for movies to do the complete opposite of.

(br) wrote: I was digging this movie for a while and its Clockwork Orange feel to it and the charming cast led by the wonderful Max Irons, Sam Claflin, and Douglas Booth. Where this movie crumbles is the extended dinner party scene that pretty much lasts the last hour of the movie and just a lot of nonsense happens. Like I said, I was into kind of the dark approach and I understand that the actions of these guys are not something you should condone but it just got to the point to we are going to do this bad thing, watch us do it without any purpose or substance. There is a better movie buried in this movie but overall the one we got is just ok
