Aside from the main story of the President, the film managed to also touch on a whole host of other issues related to governance, politics, economics, development, anthropology and social psychology.

Incredible story, only made more incredible by the fact that it's chock full of real life home video and audio footage. Never mind that the director apparently had set out to make a documentary about clowns to entertain at kids parties. Disturbing and awful, but a wonderfully crafted documentary.

This is another great example of how part 2s in trilogies are always the best! Back to the Future 2, Terminator 2, Empire Strikes Back, The Dark Knight, Godfather 2, Spider-man 2, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, etc.
